I go there for all my car needs, from oil changes to major engine work. They seem unbiased when recommending for or against some work and help me weigh the pros and cons. Sometimes they actually argue against having certain work done or give me good pros and cons to help me decide. Bottom line, no pressure.
Once they diagnosed my car with a problem only the dealer could fix. No charge. That is honest and fair.
Recently, when a weird clutch issue proved to be more complicated than they anticipated, they bent over backwards to prevent the saga from becoming a huge hassle and inconvenience to us, and even waived the cost on account of the hassle and our “faithful business”.
I felt they went above and beyond. I’m not one who cares much about loyalty to a brand or business, but Coopers is becoming the exception to me.
